We offer comprehensive property management and cleaning services, ensuring your property is in trusted hands. Our commitment is to deliver the highest quality service, so you and your guests can enjoy a worry-free experience, knowing that every detail is well taken care of.
Do you take phone calls from guests?
Yes. Often enough your guests will have questions about your property from not knowing how to operate the boiler, to the washing machine flooding. We will pick up those calls so you don’t have too!
Do you provide property maintenance?
Yes. We work closely with local maintenance operatives who will deal with all maintenance issues in your property.
Do you handle waste upon guests leaving the property?
Yes. We will arrange for our team to place all waste in the correct collection point, as we know 9 times out of 10 guests forget! Which leaves your next guests dissatisfied on arrival, to see full bins.
Do you need keys for the property?
Yes. We will keep a set of keys for your property if any emergencies arise, or if your guests lose their set of keys.
Do you meet guests at the property?
Yes. We offer a service where we will meet and greet your guests at the property, show them around the property, answer any questions they have and advise them of the local amenities.
Can you provide amenities for when new guests arrive?
Yes. We can provide a selection of amenities for new guests. Which includes, fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, cake, squash, magazine, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets and hand soap.
What cleaning services can you provide?
We source or provide a change over service with a full clean of your property and can offer other services such as laundry and deep cleans.
